Main Responsibilities
As an AMOA Consultant within Effyis’ Consulting Business Unit, you will be a key player in supporting our clients’ digital transformation. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Process Analysis and Optimization
- Map and analyze existing operational workflows, including payments, reconciliations, commission management, and multichannel transactions.
- Identify redundancies, inefficiencies, and operational risks.
- Propose and implement improvements to optimize costs and timelines.
- Ensure process compliance with regulatory requirements and business best practices.
2. Process Modeling and Documentation
- Formalize business processes through clear models and detailed procedures.
- Create and maintain reference documentation for operational processes.
- Develop user guides and procedure manuals for back-office teams.
3. Implementation Support
- Facilitate scoping and validation workshops with business stakeholders.
- Support teams during the production launch of optimized processes.
- Participate in functional testing and user acceptance testing.
- Support organizational change and help teams build new skills.
4. Change Management
- Lead the transition and adoption of new processes within the organization.
- Design and implement training and awareness programs.
- Monitor quality and compliance after deployment.
Candidate Profile
Experience
- 3 to 6 years of minimum experience as a consultant or project manager in process improvement and transformation.
- Proven experience in the financial or banking sector is a strong advantage.
- Involvement in at least 2 to 3 operational transformation or process redesign projects.
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of process modeling, including BPMN and flow diagrams.
- Functional analysis and requirements gathering.
- Project management and workstream coordination.
- Excellent facilitation and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and PowerPoint.

- Strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
- Autonomy and proactivity.
- French and English proficiency preferred.
